1. General Service Terms
At Beagle Bikes, we provide professional bicycle repair and maintenance services. All repair bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service for bicycles that are beyond safe repair or for which parts are no longer available. Estimates provided are initial assessments; final costs may vary based on hidden defects discovered during the repair process.
2. Liability Limits
While your bicycle is in our care, we take every precaution to ensure its safety. However, Beagle Bikes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use or performance. Our liability for any claim related to service is limited to the cost of the service provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring their bicycles are picked up within 48 hours of repair completion.
3. Shop & WELT Bike Policies
As an official WELT Bikes dealer, all new bicycle sales are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Returns for new bikes are accepted within 14 days if the bicycle is in its original, unused condition. Spare parts and accessories purchased in-store are non-refundable once installed. Payments for repairs are due upon collection of the bicycle.
